Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors must confirm that their manuscript complies with the following requirements:
- The manuscript is original, has not been published in substantially the same form, and is not under consideration by another journal.
- The manuscript is relevant to the aims and scope of HSNRJ and has been prepared according to the current Author Guidelines and Manuscript Template.
- All authors have made appropriate contributions, approved the submitted manuscript, and agreed to its submission to HSNRJ.
- Author names, institutional affiliations, corresponding-author details, and other submission metadata are accurate and complete.
- The manuscript is written in clear academic English and contains the required title, abstract, keywords, main text, declarations, and references.
- Applicable research ethics requirements, including ethical approval and informed consent, have been fulfilled and appropriately reported.
- Funding sources and conflicts of interest have been fully disclosed.
- Appropriate reporting guidelines have been followed where applicable.
- All references have been checked for accuracy, relevance, and completeness, including DOI information where available.
- All tables, figures, supplementary materials, and required supporting documents have been appropriately prepared and submitted.
- Any substantive use of generative AI or AI-assisted technologies has been disclosed in accordance with the journal's current policy.
- The authors understand that the manuscript may undergo editorial screening, similarity assessment, and peer review and that submission does not guarantee publication.
